Emmanuel Church
Emmanuel Church in Loughborough is an Anglican Church with an Evangelical twist. The morning service starts at 10am and is your traditional Anglican service. However the evening service starts at 6.30pm and is a bit more relaxed and very student based. Think Soul Survivor music, plenty of ministry and a solid sermon and that pretty much sums up this church. The evening gets extended further as most of the students tend to use the time to get to know one-another better and head out to socialise afterwards. It’s a very friendly, welcoming church with some solid Bible teaching and a great Ministry team driving the Church forward.

Those are some of the answers students have given when asked why they come to Holywell Free Church.

Grace Church
Grace Church is a small family based church with a big vision for the community in which God has placed us. Our strap line says “Reformed and continually reforming” which pretty much sums us up. We believe that the Bible is God’s word to us and that it tells us all that we need to know to live this life in a vital relationship with God. We believe that the Holy Spirit brings the words of Bible to life in our hearts and convicts, instructs, trains, corrects, challenges, rebukes and encourages us. We believe that the church is about real people worshipping the one, true God in an honest and authentic way.
Our services have a relaxed and informal style, contemporary worship and teaching which focusses on practically applying and living out the things that God says to us in His Word. We believe that the church is a family and that we should love and care for each other but that we should also challenge each other and be accountable to each other. Living as a Christian community is an important part of the Church’s life. We have regular social events and there is always a meal for the students after the service. Located at Burleigh College, just a few minutes walk from the Student Union building, everyone is welcome to join us and to be as involved as you would like.

The Crowded House
There are two TCH congregations here in Loughborough – TCH 9:10 and TCH Great Central. We meet regularly in homes for teaching from God’s word, to sing, pray, and eat together, to equip us to be on mission as God’s people here in Loughborough. We desire to see people come to know Jesus and we have a particular heart for the marginalized people in Loughborough (see Matthew 9:10). We would love to invite you to join us on mission to the marginalized of Loughborough; to become part of a church family where we disciple each other to live out our identity in the gospel both in Loughborough town and on Loughborough campus. Please contact me to find out about meeting times. TCH Loughborough is part of a wider church planting initiative, for more information please visit our website!
