Emmanuel Church
Emmanuel Church in Loughborough is an Anglican Church with an Evangelical twist. The morning service starts at 10am and is your traditional Anglican service. However the evening service starts at 6.30pm and is a bit more relaxed and very student based. Think Soul Survivor music, plenty of ministry and a solid sermon and that pretty much sums up this church. The evening gets extended further as most of the students tend to use the time to get to know one-another better and head out to socialise afterwards. It’s a very friendly, welcoming church with some solid Bible teaching and a great Ministry team driving the Church forward.

Grace Church
Grace Church is a small family based church with a big vision for the community in which God has placed us. Our strap line says “Reformed and continually reforming” which pretty much sums us up. We believe that the Bible is God’s word to us and that it tells us all that we need to know to live this life in a vital relationship with God. We believe that the Holy Spirit brings the words of Bible to life in our hearts and convicts, instructs, trains, corrects, challenges, rebukes and encourages us. We believe that the church is about real people worshipping the one, true God in an honest and authentic way.
Our services have a relaxed and informal style, contemporary worship and teaching which focusses on practically applying and living out the things that God says to us in His Word. We believe that the church is a family and that we should love and care for each other but that we should also challenge each other and be accountable to each other. Living as a Christian community is an important part of the Church’s life. We have regular social events and there is always a meal for the students after the service. Located at Burleigh College, just a few minutes walk from the Student Union building, everyone is welcome to join us and to be as involved as you would like.

The Crowded House
The Crowed House in Loughborough is a gospel-centred, missional church with a passion to reach the unreached by planting churches and training ordinary Christians to be extraordinary missionaries in everyday life. Linked with ACTS 29, TCH is an international movement with a passion to litter the world with communities of light that display Jesus at ‘street level’.
We have a calling to take the good news of the gospel to the harder places of Loughborough and the midlands where little or no gospel witness has gone before. That means our Sunday meetings are all about being a Spirit filled community, centred on the gospel in real life, and being equipped for mission. TCH in Loughborough is made up of Gospel Communities, which are teams of missionaries sharing life and the gospel with the unreached. While at University come and learn more about your part in the greatest adventure on earth; bringing the story of Jesus to the unreached. Join us at Lovatt House (corner of Wharncliffe Rd & Great Central Rd), each Sunday at 10am.
